Cancellation & Refund Policy

The AI Foundations Workshop is an in-person event with a capped class size of 20. Cancellations affect seats we cannot easily resell close to the date. Refunds and cancellations are handled directly with us by email, and we reply within one business day.

Participant cancellations

  • 7 or more days before the workshop: 75% refund. Email [email protected] with your name and the event date to request it.
  • Fewer than 7 days before the workshop: refunds are not available. Contact us at [email protected] if you cannot attend, and we will work with you on transferring your seat to a named replacement or to a later cohort within 12 months.

The 25% retained on a refund covers payment processing costs and our cost of holding the seat.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you receive a full refund or a priority seat at a future date, your choice. If we reschedule, we'll contact you with the new date; your seat transfers automatically unless you ask for a refund.

Weather and travel

Indiana weather happens. If we reschedule due to severe weather, travel closures, or a venue issue, the rescheduling rules above apply.

How to request a change

For any change (refunds, transfers, late cancellations, group bookings, special circumstances), email [email protected] with your name, the event date, and what you need. We reply within one business day.

Group bookings

Bookings of five or more seats are handled case by case in a written agreement. The terms in that agreement govern cancellations for that booking.
