Who can train our healthcare staff to use AI without breaking HIPAA?
Look for training that starts with HIPAA and your facility's AI-use policy before anyone opens a tool. AI Engines trains clinical and administrative staff that way, in person across North and Central Indiana or live online. Staff practice with clean, hypothetical or anonymized data, never real patient information. Your compliance team still approves the tools and agreements; we are not your compliance officer.
Can I put patient information into an AI tool?
Not into consumer AI tools. Protected health information belongs only in a tool your organization has approved under HIPAA with the right agreement in place; your compliance team makes that call. We teach the bright lines around PHI before we teach the tools, and we work within HIPAA and your facility's AI-use policy at every step. We are not your compliance officer, but you leave knowing what to take to one.
Will my facility's compliance team have concerns?
Probably yes, and that's a feature. Bring those concerns to the workshop. We design AI-use practices that respect compliance from the start rather than retrofitting after the fact. The output of the day is something you can take to compliance, not something you have to hide from them.
I'm not technical at all. Will I be lost?
No. We assume zero AI background. The first half of the day is AI literacy from first principles. By lunch you have the vocabulary and judgment to evaluate tools yourself.
What does it cost?
