3-hour short course

Three focused hours on the AI tool your team already has.

A hands-on course built around one tool, like Gemini in your school's Google account. Your team leaves with helpers they set up themselves and a plan to use them every week.

Want the whole foundation in one day? See the full-day workshop. Learning on your own? See one-on-one coaching.

Pick the short course when

  • Your team already has a tool, like Gemini or Copilot, and needs it working this week.
  • A full day away is hard to schedule.
  • You want everyone on the same page fast, onsite or online.

Pick the full day when

  • You want the whole foundation, from first principles up.
  • Everyone should build a custom tool from scratch.
  • You can meet in person for seven hours.

Sample schedule: Gemini for K-8 educators

Every course is tailored to your people, your tool, and your rules.

Same plan, your tool: we run this course in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini or another tool your team uses.

  1. Start here

    Three questions before every prompt

Which account am I in? Is this tool district-approved? Would I be fine if a parent saw this prompt? Student names, grades, IEP and 504 details, and behavior records stay out.

  2. Part 1

    Meet Gemini

Sign in the right way, one prompt pattern for every day (CRAFT), and two or three quick wins: leveled passages, "I can" statements, exit tickets, or sub plans. Plus the 30-second check before anything reaches students or families.

  3. Part 2

Gems: set it up once, use it every week

Build a Parent Note Drafter and a Lesson Plan Co-Planner together. Share a Gem with your team, and know what travels with it.

  4. Break

    A short break

    Stretch, refill, ask questions.

  5. Part 3

Gemini Notebook: answers from your own documents

Build a notebook from a real unit, trace every answer back to its source, and connect it to your Co-Planner Gem.

  6. Part 4

    Make classroom-ready materials

Turn your unit into an Audio Overview for families, a study guide, a quiz, or flashcards. Gemini drafts. You decide.

  7. Take it home

    A one-week plan

Fifteen minutes a day, plus an editable workbook with every prompt, Gem, and step.

Choosing a tool

Which AI tool should my team learn: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini?
Start with the one your organization already pays for or has approved, often Copilot in Microsoft 365 or Gemini in Google Workspace. The skills carry over between them.
